Thats amazing!!!!
However
Does anyone know how to scrape eg 2 or 3 months data of a single greyhound into a "spreadsheet"
without the fandango stuff?
eg tomorrow

get octoparse on your machine ( It's Free)
Use this file, then change url to suit which dog you want.
if any questions PM me.
if you need more dogs, the free version lets you create 10 files,
but it also has an EXPORT & IMPORT feature

As I've mentioned before Graham, it is really easy to get that data with just a few clicks of your mouse.StellaBot wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2024 11:46 pmThats amazing theatrical and other skills

If you have Excel then you have Power Query
All you do is go to the Data Tab > select 'From Web' and when the dialogue box opens paste in your URL
As an example, I did it with the URL you provided and this was the outcome
Here is the file >
Just add any greyhound URL into cell C2, right click anywhere on the Table and select "Refresh".
It takes seconds to reload and better still, it's FREE
P.S. OK, it's not fully tested but I quickly did this for you to show it is easier than you think to do it. To 'tart' it up you may wish to change the header names. For this you will need to swat up the basics of how to change header names in Power Query.

There were a plethora of tables, so maybe I picked the wrong one but the rows tally with what the website shows.
