Thanks a lot for the swift reply! Really appreciate the clarity in your answer.TPD-Zone wrote: ↑Thu Feb 15, 2024 9:40 amRegarding Turfway Park and the Status page. Please be aware that the data appearing on the status page is triggered by third party suppliers pinging data into TPD back office systems. Turfway Park is generally the last to appear but it is generally there in plenty of time for the first race.
TPD Feedback and Issues
I have now manually traded around 100 races using TPD. Reasonable profits as far as I am concerned so TPD is great. However.........
My problem is......trying to do the impossible and create an automation file using TPD data.
So I want bets to be triggered based upon metrics supplied by TPD. Surely then there must be more in the list of options in 'Conditions' than I can see?
In conditions I have selected the following as conditions which I guess would be mandatory:-
The racecourse is supported by Total Performance Data
Race Information has been updated from Total Performance Data (within the last 0.8 seconds)
Race Information contains Par Speed information about the course
Race Information contains Par Stride information about the course
I am now looking around for another condition or two that relate to something to do with speed or distance of one runner / any runners / distance to go........just anything.....whatever. The way through to the next stage seems somewhat obscure and must be hidden
Please can somebody just point me in the direction of where to look? If I can make one rubbish automation file incorporating TPD then I'll probably find a way to make a good one. At the moment I am at a dead end and don't know where to look.
If all fails I'll just use TPD manually but I will be missing out on at least a bit extra
Thanks all for your help previously and hopefully now.

Many thanks James.
You've pointed me to the rabbit hole and down there is whole new world for me to explore. I broke off from trading this week to view and listen to BA and TPD videos on repeat. A few words are ringing around my head. Something like 'the TPD data exists in BA as a Stored Value.' OK, I sort of understand but I might not have reached this menu of options without your help and that would have been that.
My work begins now but whether I succeed or fail with automation, I can already say that TPD has given me a coolness and confidence that I have never had in trading so I can always just use it manually if I can't crack the automation nut

There are a number of ready made examples using TPD data in the dedicated 'TPD section' of the 'Customization area' of the forum (see link below), these include settings and layouts files to display information on your one-click, ladder and in-play trader screensSafeway wrote: ↑Fri Feb 16, 2024 8:26 pmI have now manually traded around 100 races using TPD. As well as automation files which trigger bets/alerts using various data from TPD

They should give you more of an idea of what's possible and how to go about setting something up
Thanks for this Dallas
I was running one of yours last night.
It may be a long job for me but I am playing around trying to create something which at a precise distance to the end of the race will lay those who pretty much can't win based on their current speed.
I think the trick is laying the hopeless whilst there is some small layable value left in them!

@TPD-Zone. Newbury and Kempton Park are not on this list: https://www.totalperformancedata.com/ra ... -coverage/
Many thanks for pointing this out, the appropriate Support Team will be notified. For general information, the https://www.totalperformancedata.com/ site is showcasing the TPD B2B (corporate) offerings and both Newbury and Kempton should be on this list.lotora wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2024 3:27 am@TPD-Zone. Kempton will not be available to Bet Angel and the other trading platforms for some time and the site https://www.tpd.zone/ reflects this - this site is dedicated to the Zone (General Public) side of the business.

I was aware that Newbury had moved from RMG to ARC. Is this happening to Kempton also?TPD-Zone wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2024 7:47 amMany thanks for pointing this out, the appropriate Support Team will be notified. Not that I am aware of. This is predicated on TPD reaching agreement direct with RMG for Kempton live data.jamesedwards wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2024 1:21 pmI was aware that Newbury had moved from RMG to ARC. No Kempton yet. The appearance on the status page was a mistake.
Don't know what's going on, but this is incorrect: https://www.tpd.zone/status/. There are plenty more races today.TPD-Zone wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2024 7:47 amMany thanks for pointing this out, the appropriate Support Team will be notified.
